Located just 5 minutes walk from High Wycombe train station, this site was identified and we assisted the landowner in obtaining planning permission for demolition of the existing parade of shops and construction of 7 apartments with a ground floor commercial unit. The site was sold in April 2025.
DEVELOPMENT
An underused side garden was acquired with the benefit of full planning consent for development of a new 4 bedroom house. The property boasted ample rear parking and living space across 3 floors.
DESIGN & BUILD
We assisted the client in obtaining planning permission for demolition of an existing side garage and construction of spacious 1 bed dwelling. The design was unique to the client and consisted of a very high specification throughout.
